Life has been pretty shit recently. So having something good, something nice to enjoy and celebrate has really cheered me up. I took part in Yuletide and I asked for like random things but one of the things I asked for was Yogscast fic. I've never read ANYTHING in Yogscast fandom before, I enjoy all the videos from the Yogscast (Yogscast are Gaming Youtubers and are hilarious!) And I love the fan artwork people do for which I've drawn some) but the fic has always been that area that I've been a bit tentative to join in with.

But oh my god, my yuletide gift was perfect. It was just character perfect, all the little nuances of the Yogscast and all the little in-jokes and just general slapstick humour. I loved it. It was really, really funny and really awesome and had everyone I had asked for in it! And yet Kim (my favourite) was the star. I loved it. I loved the friendship, I loved the silliness, the plot. Even if you don't know Yogscast you'll enjoy this (but seriously go check them out! Of the Minecraft: Kim's Galactiquest series is a good place to start or Evicted. But they also do other hilarious vids so seriously go watch.)

Dear Yuletide author....
Thank you so much for taking the time to write something for me! I'm fairly easy to please but I would ask one thing in particular: the holidays are a really difficult time for me, I only ask that anything you write be kept as angst-free as you possibly can. A little bit of drama is okay but I don't want to be reading about death, rape, violence at what is already a very upsetting time of the year for me. Apart from that any rating is acceptable!

I've tried to include a prompt to try and give you some ideas but honestly if you go I really want to write X then I will be happy with it. Don't feel restricted by my crazy ideas!

Okay, so I'm a big Snow/Bigby shipper. I'd love anything set in between issues, anything romantic, anything silly, things with the kids, or just things centred around the two. If you're not into Bigby/Snow as I am, then please feel free to write it about their friendship or a Day in the life of a Fable or something from one of their perspectives:

You can write anything you like but prompts: Mundy holiday at Disneyland with all the kids. Snow may punch one of the dwarves. Jack thinks this is the best idea ever. Bigby is going to throttle everyone.

I was really surprised Levi wasn't one of the characters! But I loved the relationship between Cath and her fiction. If you want to get meta with this one go for it! Want to write Catch writing about Snow in bed with Levi, do it. Or if you want to take the chance to write Cath in Simon's world and her being all "I'M A MARY SUE" do it. If you want to go super comedy go for it or super romantic then I'm all for it. :)

Prompts: Cath has the best idea for a Halloween costume. Levi is unamused.

I love NOIR. Like really, super love noir. And that's one of the reasons I love TWAU and wanted to request both Fables and TWAU. I don't want Bigby/Snow together in this one, I kind of like the tension and awkwardness between the pair. The pre-Fables ness of it all. If you can make this as Noir/Crime related as possible that would be awesome. And the main narrator or character doesn't have to be Snow/Bigby as long as they are heavily featured. Thank you!

Look, I'm a huge Kim fan. I think she's awesome, she's the reason I'm now into games and think she's a positive influence on women in games. And Duncan, if this does feature Lalna/Duncan as well I'd be very happy.

So here is the terrible Minecraft news, I had a power outage the other week while playing TABULA RASA (my survival minecraft world I had been playing since CHRISTMAS) and when I turned the PS3 back on. Yep, you guessed it corrupted save. RIP TABULA RASA RIP. Ugh it was the perfect seed as well, it was an island with every biome and I'd established the compound on the beach and ugh I had EVERYTHING, I was literally on my way to defeat the End Dragon? FIVE MONTHS ALL GONE, MUCH WOE. But I did learn so much on it so I'm hoping my next survival world won't die horrifically (DARROW I'M LOOKING AT YOU LIL BUDDY TIME TO GET OUR ASS INTO GEAR.)

So because of the savefail, I have been working on a creative world haha just to test out some newish ideas and designs for my next established base. Also, because quartz is a pain in my ass in survival I thought here I could make pretty things out of it without you know losing lots. So without further ado...

State of Me: Didn't get any of the jobs I applied for, back to square one. Feeling a lil down but optimistic. IDK. Still working hard/hardly working doing a kids comic club and now also a Lego club. So this is a thing I do now.


Delirium of the Endless: IS PREGNANT. Congrats Robb on your amazing knocking up prowess. So, yes she is pregnant and still in the morning sickness phase so she will be downplaying Vegas and mostly taking cabs/transport to places so she can enjoy shows with dancers and things and mebbe occasionally eat yummy things. I think she will go maternity wear "shopping" and have all the amazing things and be really sad when they disappear. She is totally finding the most awesome like kids creche/playpark to take the twins to though. May get an EP.

Coraline Jones: Is going clubbing. She may get off her head a little. She's pretty much going to want to do everything. And explore everything. And go crazy. She may get an EP but I think I'll just tag her into things. I kind of want to have her doing every wild thing she should not do. Like omg a bucket list of things.

Cass Cain: PATROLLING THE CITY. Totally taking down some mob bosses. Practising her flying/fighting stuff. She may just climb a hotel because she can. No EP I don't think but def. tag into things. Cass is my quieter pup but this never bothers me, just because she's so present it's just she is a more silent presence than say Cora or Delirium.

Wendy Watson: After seeing like Nix's potential Thor plot, I really want to do a HANGOVER style plot/WHAT HAPPENS IN VEGAS STAYS IN VEGAS thing. Like drunken dubious dubby decisions. She will get an EP. She is going to have an awesome time.

The Doctor: IS MY NEW FEB PUP AND I LOVE HIM AND I'M SO HAPPY.
The Doctor is totally going to get into trouble. He's going to lose his shirt (and trousers and TARDIS) gambling and will try to outsmart/outplay/outeverything some mob/casino guys to get it back. I think Dairine is in. If anyone else wants in DO IT, let me know. There can be adventures and stuff! Stuuuuff!

Future:
Lucy Pevensie is a definite. I've missed playing a kid pup, I recently reread the series and I love her. I always have but like because of Coraline's friendship with Lucy (Dee version) I never wanted to app her but now that Cora is older there is less of a conflict there. And I do adore her, so she's going to be coming March/April time.

Sally Malik. Whom I love. I really probably will not need another girl pup but I've loved her for a while and a recent canon rewatch/the new series has just made me want to put her on the island. Plus she would have an awesome Aidan and a fantastic Josh to get on with. Srsly someone should app Nora though. JUST SAYING.
