I commissioned this to celebrate my 20th birthday. It's an A3 watercolour by Ayne Greensleeves and is in my room. Five years later and at the end of the series it's still absolutely gorgeous and still gives me a sense of wonder and joy.

This was when it turned into like Dolores Umbridge's office and I drew all the cats for the cat plates. So, here's some of the sketches and then the digital colouring I did on my cats.

And now for something completely different. FISH! I mean, art. I've been experimenting with styles and different things. I like to think I am getting better and at the same time getting worse. Meh. I know I will never be a brilliant artist but I do enjoy doing what I do, so that's all that matters.

May. 23rd, 2010 08:05 pmArtwork. These are all photos rather than scans as my scanner is kaput at the moment. I think my art is slowly improving. If I don't practise it goes shit, if I do it gets slightly better. I'm experimenting with different styles at the moment other than chibi and trying to find what I like visually. And I am loving my markers seriously loving them.
And seeing as I have like a few days off next week, does anyone want anything drawn for them? Seriously I will be bored.
