I SURRENDER:
1. Comment to this post with "I surrender!" and I'll assign you the basis of some TV show idea. (Science fiction show, medical drama, criminal procedure, etc...)
2. Create a cast of characters, including the actors who'd play them
3. Add in any actor photos, character bios and show synopsis that you want.
4. Post to your own journal.

GIMMME GIMME GIMME.

I'm reading this right, you want prompts, not people surrendering at you? ;-)

Okay... Investigators of haunted houses/the supernatural etc, in the 1930s (or 1920s, or 1950s, if you prefer. But one of those three decades.)

Also, you do know, I am still waiting to know what happened in Murder in the Library, don't you?

Thats the one, its reverse i surrender!

Ooooh, that I think I could do. Well Supernatural investigators of a particular era, I just got to figure out which one because that would probably dictate whether the lead was a returning War hero from the First world war or just before the cusp of the Second World War with the lead being recruited end of season one.

I do, I'm still trying to find the right format on how to say who was the killer and why. As well as the fact that Rabbit Heart actually ate me heart and soul and I'm actually writing bits and pieces of it here and there.

I'll be off to read what you've done with it in a sec, so that's cool. :-)

Hah, that is also good to hear. Oh, and Rabbit Heart! I had forgotten, but, yes, that one sounded like it could easily escape and turn into a full-blown YA novel. Brain-eating by that sounds entirely reasonable.

But i do want to know Whodunnit at some point! ;-)

Magic college/university, but Harry Potter style in that you don't find out until you're applying at age 17 or whatever.
