That's not what I was thinking - I've actually had a truffle dessert - although now that I think about it it was ice cream, not sorbet. A sweet and savory mushroom icecream which sounds disgusting but everyone LOVED IT.

It would be funny if she made the hallucinogenic version and people got weird and then she added the special and people would be all - WHAT DID WE JUST TELL YOU!??

Alternatively, you can make a sweet corn ice cream that's good, too.
