TITLE: Oneiros
TYPE: Drama/sci-fi, in 22 episodes shown on SYFY.
SETTING: The Aurora Mk IV drifting in space to a settler planet, 2248.| Oneiros, the world Imagined.

SYNOPSIS Every ten years a new technician is awoken from stasis to take care of its sleeping cargo. When Grace [ALISON MACK] awakes early and finds her ship empty, her cargo tampered with and the course altered she goes to investigate only to be attacked by an unknown party. When Grace awakes she finds herself trapped in Oneiros, the simulated reality for her slumbering passengers. Desperate to escape Grace takes the help of Hunter [RYAN ROBBINS] and is taken to the City of Dreams but something is wrong and Grace will need to find a way out before its too late for both her and the city.
Trapped in Oneiros, who will wake her from her slumber?
Oneiros
Technician Grace Carter [Alison Mack]
Grace Carter, 21 years old. Works on the Aurora IV as a technician. After being awoken early from stasis Grace finds herself alone on a supposedly sleeping ship. After she begins to investigate what had occured to the floating ship Grace is attacked and placed in the sleeping quarters where she is connected up to Oneiros. Waking inside the Imagined world Grace has to find a way out before it's too late.
Grace: "What is this place? Who are you? Where am I?"
Cayden: "The fields? You mean to say you've never seen the fields before?"
Grace: "You, the fields, the sky. What's wrong with the sky?"
Cayden: "What do you mean, what's wrong?"
Grace: "It's pink!"
Oneiros Personel
President Addison Malone [Alex Kingston]
President Addison Malone of Oneiros and of Colony Four, 45 years old. Elected to her Presidency over a hundred and thirty years ago, during her time as President has installed new laws that have caused problems with the ruling elite. With an election coming and trouble brewing within the city Addy will need all the help she can get from the inside and the outside to survive the plots surrounding her.
Addy: "You couldn't wait another year to take a little nap?"
Grace: "I'm sorry if I've inconvenienced you, if I'd known I was going to get whacked on the head and shoved in a sleeping tube then I would have let you know in advance."
Captain Cayden Hunter [Ryan Robbins]
Cayden Hunter, 32 years old. Finds Grace in the fields, one of the few deserted places in Oneiros and brings her back to the city. Captain in the President's Army. Cayden soons finds himself in charge of one bewildered, slightly annoying technician as he and his team try to find out who stole the artefacts of Control.
Riley: "Sir, what is she doing now?"
Cayden: "Don't stick that in your mouth it's poisonous."
Grace: "Blargh."
Cayden: "Morpheus, I swear it's like babysitting! Did she just pull her tongue at me?"
Riley: "No, Sir."
Lieutenant Sam Riley [Julia Jones]
Sam Riley, 25 years old. Cayden's 2IC and his closest friend. Riley comes off as a little stiff and cold as she rarely shows any fear or emotion. Hardworking, logical and thorough, Riley is one of Oneiros's rising stars. Her only blip was allowing a thief to get away when he broke into the Martin residence, Riley saved the beautiful Audrey but was unable to save the artifact stolen.
Riley: "You're beautiful."
Audrey: "What? Oh? Oh... I didn't think you felt that way about anyone let alone me."
Riley: "Well, I just- You shouldn't put yourself down. Look you don't need to say anything I know I'm not your type. I know I'm just a soldier but you-
Audrey: "Riley? Shut up and kiss me."
Doctor Eli Jackson [Idris Elba]
Doctor Eli Jackson, 42 years old. Close personal friend and confident to the President. Eli is the Chief Medical Officer and is awoken from stasis every year for a medical work up of the Technicians. After reporting back to the President that the previous Technician Jack Penderville was suffering what seemed to be an emotional break due to extreme isolation, it was decided that his contract would be terminated early and he would be returned to stasis. However Eli was unable to find Jack and Grace was woken early to replace him in the meantime.
Eli:"Don't give met that Addy, you can barely stand on your feet. Don't try to tell me you're up for a little sparring match with Noah bloody Harris."
Addy: "No, I'm not ready but you're going to make me ready."
Eli: "You are a bloody stubborn woman, you know that?"
Addy: "Of course, that's why you love me, that and the sex."
Noah Harris [Sean Bean]
Noah Harris, 48 years old. Leader of the opposition. Charming to those around him, Noah in fact loathes those around him and lobbied against the inclusion of the open lottery for places aboard the Aurora fleet. Friend to Rosalie Martin and her agenda.
Noah: "That woman will ruin everything. The perfect society we wanted to create. Isolated away from the other colonies, each passenger carefully selected and what does she do? She opens up a lottery so that any trash can get in. We have to do something."
Rosalie: "Like what?"
Noah: "Oh, I have an idea."
Rosalie: "I'm listening."
Civilians
Rosalie Martin [Amanda Tapping]
Rosalie Martin, 44 years old. Widow of the late, powerful business Tycoon Thomas Martin (Snr), Rosalie was used to the finest things in life and always getting her own way. Rosalie had the perfect life; money, fame, a loving husband and three perfect children until an accident ruined her dream. After her husband was killed by her eldest son in a road accident Rosalie disinherited her son and kicked him out of the family home leaving him penniless and homeless. Putting all her energy into her other two children Rosalie began to plan a new perfect life for herself on the new colony with them.
Rosalie: “In a world where you can be everything you’ve ever dreamed of, why would anyone chose to be themselves?”
Grace: "I did, I chose. This is me, this is the real me."
Rosalie: "I'm sure you think that. But really? No one has skin that perfect."
Lucas Martin [Kit Harrington]
Lucas Martin, 20 years old. Rosalie's older child. After his mother disinherited their oldest brother she began to rely on Lucas more and more. Whilst Lucas had originally planned to become an artist, he now had to put aside his own dreams and live his mothers by learning the family business. Lucas was angry when his mother decided to leave their home planet for a new one and even angrier when he learned that his brother was to be left behind. Though he never spoke out against his mother, Lucas's patience with her is beginning to wear thin.
Kat: Give me a bunk up and no looking up my skirt.
Lucas: What are you doing? Stop it, you'll get us into trouble.
Kat: Come on Lucas, live a little. Can't be holding onto your mother's coattails forever, now can you?
Lucas: I hate you. Wait up.
Audrey Martin [Emilia Clarke]
Audrey Martin, 18 years old. Rosalie's sweet and innocent youngest child. Protected from the outside world by her mother, Audrey has grown up rather sheltered and isolated from others. However after she was saved from a thief by Lieutenant Riley, Audrey has found herself wondering what else the world outside has to offer and has been venturing from her mother's protected home into the dangerous, seedy side of the city.
Audrey: "Don't."
Nate: "Don't do what?"
Audrey: "That. Oh, oh that. That thing."
Nate: "You mean this?"
Audrey: "Oh, oh yes that. Don't do that again."
Nate: "Don't?"
Audrey: "Do. Do, that again. Please."
Nate Keawe[Jason Mamoa]
Nate Keawe, 33 years old. Self styled King of Thieves, notorious con artist and one of the most dangerest men in Oneiros. Nate steals things not because he needs to but because he can. Breaking into Rosalie Martin's house to steal an object of seemingly no value whilst fun was not quite as much fun as meeting her daughter Audrey or as much fun as stealing her heart could be. Nate hates the Martin family and everything they represent but Audrey, well Audrey's different.
Cayden: "I know it was you Keawe, now why don't you just hand it over and we can all leave here in one piece."
Nate: "Knowing and proving are too different things altogether Captain. And I wouldn't threaten me, not in my own home and not when your surrounded by my men."
Riley: "Don't listen to him sir, I can take them."
Nate: "I'm sure you could but your boss, probably not so much. Come back when you have a little something called proof. Or you, Lieutenant Riley, you can come back anytime you like."
Riley: "Fuck you."
Nate: "Heh. That would be the idea, yeah."
Katherine "Kat" Malone. [Karen Gillan]
Katherine "Kat" Malone, 19 years old. First daughter of the President. Kat is as wild and as outgoing as her mother ever was. Stuck inside Oneiros until they reach their destination, Kat longs for fresh air and freedom rather than the fake world of Oneiros. Bored with her duties as first daughter, Kat often sneaks out with her friends into the seedier side of the city and into the unreal clubs and places a girl like her has no place being.
Kat: "Get your hands off me."
Man: "Or you'll do what, Princess? Scream.
Kat: "Hardly."

Seth| Technician Jack Penderville | Thomas Martin [Nikolaj Coster-Waldau]
Thomas Martin, 31 years old. Rosalie's oldest son. Disinherited at eighteen after he caused the accident which killed his father, Thomas had to quickly learn to adapt to his new lifestyle. After bumming off friends for a couple of months Thomas began to con people out of their savings and earning. After conning his way onto the Aurora as a Technician, Thomas waited patiently until it was his turn to be awakened. Once awake he began to plot against his mother and assumed a new identity inside Oneiros through use of similated skin.
